GoodLeap is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Credit Card

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing development of the credit card product after launch, balancing immediate operational demands with long-term strategic goals, and clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Design and execute a staged rollout plan for the card, setting measurable objectives for each phase and working with Marketing to progressively expand customer access in a controlled and scalable manner
  • Coordinate with internal product teams across payments, business-to-business services, homeowner experiences, loan servicing, and platform infrastructure to align on shared technology and interfaces necessary for product delivery
  • Act as the main liaison between product strategy and engineering execution by defining requirements, agreeing on testing criteria, and supporting delivery of each product increment
  • Oversee relationships with external partners involved in card issuance, credit evaluation, fraud prevention, and account servicing, ensuring their development timelines support internal product goals
  • Work with data analytics to define, track, and interpret key performance indicators that guide product decisions and enable early detection of issues
  • Engage customers and external partners alongside business development and frontline teams to collect qualitative insights and establish ongoing feedback loops for rapid post-launch enhancements
