Responsibilities
- Create and refine a next-generation learning platform designed to deliver measurable educational outcomes
- Prioritize intuitive user experiences, adaptive learning paths, peer interaction, game-inspired features, and engagement strategies
- Support program graduates in securing employment through integration with a growing network of clinical partners
- Implement generative artificial intelligence to assist with resume creation, interview preparation, and job search workflows
- Build and sustain digital tools for educators, teaching assistants, mentors, and operations staff to improve student performance
- Utilize generative AI to meaningfully enhance student learning and career readiness
- Produce and manage large-scale educational content that evolves with changing needs
- Develop systems that accelerate curriculum development and allow rapid iteration to improve learning effectiveness
- Ensure organizational data is accurate, consistent, and available to all team members
- Enable business, academic, and operational teams to base decisions on reliable data insights
