About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding the design direction of key product features, conducting user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and working closely with engineers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Translate business requirements into intuitive interface solutions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
- Refine visual design systems for consistency and scalability
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Gather and incorporate feedback from usability testing
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive
- Work within agile development environments
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
- Iterate on designs based on data and user feedback
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Partner with UX researchers on study planning and analysis
- Define success metrics for design initiatives
- Support front-end implementation of design solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Facilitate design critiques and workshops
- Drive consistency across web and mobile interfaces
- Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy
- Ensure alignment with brand standards
- Integrate customer feedback into the design process
- Optimize workflows for efficiency and usability
