About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex product features and systems
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define user needs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces
- Advocate for users throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and maintain design system components and guidelines
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team best practices
- Work iteratively using agile methodologies in fast-paced environments
- Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine solutions
- Balance business goals with usability and technical constraints
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design deliverables
- Drive consistency across multiple product surfaces and touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for innovation in user experience
- Support user onboarding and education through interface design
- Participate in cross-functional planning and roadmap discussions
- Evaluate design impact using qualitative and quantitative data
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
- Contribute to design operations and process improvements
