Responsibilities
- Lead UX architecture and strategic direction for a no-code storefront platform and its expanding B2B monetization ecosystem.
- Establish reusable design patterns, principles, and user flows that function consistently across a multifaceted, interconnected system.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to make data-informed decisions that boost conversion rates and revenue for partners.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across regions, including U.S.-based leadership and design teams concentrated in Europe.
- Navigate technical limitations and interdependencies related to tools, templates, and third-party integrations.
- Contribute to and leverage a mature design environment that includes UX research, content design, design operations, and a robust design system.
- Support improvements in hiring processes, including case study evaluations and optional whiteboard exercises, with a focus on assessing execution capability.
