Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for major product areas, guiding strategy, execution, and launch
- Shape long-term product vision through prototyping and forward-thinking exploration
- Create experiences where artificial intelligence is foundational to functionality, not an add-on, with strong perspectives on AI agents, copilots, and generative user interfaces
- Collaborate as an equal with product and engineering leaders to influence product direction and strategic planning
- Transform intricate risk, fraud, and compliance concepts into intuitive, well-designed interfaces, engaging deeply with domain experts
- Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate ideas early, leveraging AI tools to accelerate exploration
- Advance the design system to improve consistency, scalability, and quality across the platform
- Set high standards for design excellence by reviewing team work and providing actionable, detailed feedback
- Conduct user research with risk professionals and integrate real-world insights into product development
