Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for platform scalability, reliability, and long-term infrastructure growth.
- Lead architectural design and evaluation of complex systems to support expanding business requirements.
- Set engineering standards, technical practices, and reusable patterns across engineering teams.
- Own platform reliability by advancing monitoring, incident response, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.
- Provide mentorship and technical coaching to grow engineering talent across the organization.
- Develop and enhance backend systems, infrastructure tools, and shared platform services.
- Proactively identify and address technical debt, scalability challenges, and operational risks.
