Agiloft is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to join our Product Engineering department. This role is central to designing, building, and scaling the foundational infrastructure that powers our platform and services.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, reliable platform infrastructure and services
- Build and maintain core systems used by product engineering teams across the organization
- Lead architectural decisions and set technical standards for platform engineering
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand requirements and provide robust platform solutions
- Optimize system performance, security, and maintainability
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer building complex, large-scale systems
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform architecture
- Proven ability to design and implement foundational services that are used by other engineering teams
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical designs and trade-offs
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading complex technical projects
