Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy in architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and operational standards.

- Oversee resolution of critical production issues and lead efforts to improve system stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, operations, data, security, and business teams to deliver aligned technical solutions.
- Drive technical planning, design evaluations, backlog management, and execution within agile workflows.
- Ensure all systems meet security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards through industry-aligned practices.
- Provide technical mentorship, support team growth, and contribute to hiring, coaching, and career development.
