Responsibilities
- Enhance current batch processing, analytics, and MLOps systems to improve dependability, cost-effectiveness, and operational performance.
- Build foundational infrastructure for semantic models and ontologies, including tools for creation, governance, version control, and integration with data catalogs.
- Create accessible usage frameworks such as APIs, software libraries, and services that enable internal teams, customer-facing applications, and AI systems to interact with semantic layers, incorporating access-controlled discovery.
- Support engineering teams in adopting appropriate technologies by clearly articulating sound architectural decisions and best practices.
- Lead targeted research, prototyping, and experimentation initiatives with analytics teams to assess emerging AI and data capabilities prior to platform-wide rollout.
- Coach engineers across the organization in system design, foundational problem-solving, and understanding product requirements within technical domains.
