Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale product and practice enablement bootcamps with partner organizations
- Support partners in guiding their customers through API lifecycle transformations via technical workshops
- Develop training materials including videos, demo recordings, and presentations tailored to partner needs and new product releases
- Build scalable, reusable frameworks adaptable across regions, technical practices, and industry sectors
- Provide technical guidance to partners during deployment and configuration of platform solutions
- Work closely with internal departments such as Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align partner enablement
- Author and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources
- Mentor partner team members toward achieving technical certification milestones
- Travel to partner sites as needed, up to 50% of the time
