Archer is hiring a Staff member to join the Defense and Advanced Programs organization. In this role, you will be part of the team incubating, marketing, capturing, and executing advanced programs for the Archer Defense portfolio, managing all technical, cost, and schedule aspects.
What You'll Do
- Incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs for the Archer Defense portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in the aerospace or a related field.
- A minimum of a BS degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math.
- Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics), ASE, and mission systems.
- Experience with Operations Analysis, including modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM.
- Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems.
- Experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines.
- Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion systems, CAD, Python, and MATLAB.
Nice to Have
- An MS or PhD degree.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, or DoDAF.
- Experience with customers.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $130,800 - $179,900.
