Jobgether is hiring a Staff Mobile Engineer (iOS) to lead the technical vision for our enterprise-grade iOS application. In this remote role, you will define the architecture and engineering standards, building secure, scalable, and performant solutions that serve our users.

What You'll Do

Own the architecture and design of iOS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Develop production-grade features using Swift and SwiftUI, leveraging Swift Package Manager, Async/Await, and Actor models.
Lead technical projects, establishing best practices and standards for mobile engineering across multiple teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and backend engineering, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines to streamline mobile app delivery.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Solve complex, cross-functional technical challenges with innovative and effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience developing high-quality iOS applications with Swift.
Strong expertise in SwiftUI, mobile architectural design patterns, and UX/performance optimization.
Solid understanding of SPM, Async/Await & Actors, GraphQL, and scalable mobile architectures.
Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and guiding multiple teams.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
