Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction for the machine learning and generative AI platform, enabling rapid and secure integration of advanced models across the organization.
- Develop a comprehensive vision for AI infrastructure, including training, fine-tuning, and real-time inference systems, along with centralized retrieval-augmented generation, vector storage, and model governance frameworks.
- Establish company-wide best practices for the entire machine learning lifecycle, covering data traceability, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, adversarial evaluation, and live model monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, data science, security, and clinical teams to align technical AI capabilities with clinical and business objectives.
- Strengthen engineering culture by guiding senior engineers, leading architectural assessments, and promoting consistent development standards across teams.
- Demonstrate technical leadership through hands-on development, prototyping, and direct contributions to critical system components.
