Responsibilities

- Enhance GPU and overall resource efficiency using scheduling, caching, and workload optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with researchers and product teams to detect performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Develop benchmarking systems and performance dashboards for training and model serving environments.
- Optimize distributed training setups, data pipelines, and model deployment architectures.
- Lead initiatives across teams to boost the productivity of machine learning engineering efforts.
- Define technical direction for scaling machine learning platforms with reliability, performance, and cost in mind.
