Responsibilities
- Design, build, and refine new product features using artificial intelligence to help clients analyze data and find opportunities to lower their environmental impact
- Develop and deploy foundational AI technologies that operate on extensive datasets related to sustainability and business operations
- Work closely with product teams and AI engineers to shape product direction and technical planning
- Create evaluation frameworks, fine-tune models, and develop agent architectures to ensure robust AI systems
- Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence to assess applicability and integration potential
- Produce efficient, high-quality, thoroughly tested, and sustainable code across the full technology stack
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — available in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remotely for team members across the US and Europe

- Candidates must be able to work from an office four days per week unless the role is designated as remote
- The company maintains hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City, with additional satellite locations in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin
- In locations with office presence, staff are expected to report in person four days each week
