Kleinfelder has an immediate opening for a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in our Sacramento, CA office. Responsibilities: • Perform geotechnical engineering analyses and design for a wide range of civil engineering projects • Conduct field investigations and oversee drilling operations • Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations • Perform construction observation and testing • Work collaboratively with project managers and other engineers Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering • EIT certification required; PE license preferred • 1-3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in the field and office environment Kleinfelder is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
