Ant-Tech is hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer to architect scalable, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and develop secure APIs. In this role, you will lead DevOps processes, integrate Generative AI models, translate clinical data into accessible visualizations, and mentor team members as the company grows.

What You'll Do

Architect and maintain a scalable, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
Develop and document secure REST/GraphQL APIs for core services, data flows, and partner integrations.
Build a design system and reusable frontend components for patients, clinicians, and admins.
Lead deployment and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
Design and integrate GenAI models for molecular interpretation, health education, and clinical triage.
Translate complex biological and clinical insights into elegant, accessible visualizations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and clinical stakeholders to align on user needs.
Establish engineering best practices and mentor future team members as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

At least 6 years of experience as a fullstack engineer.
Direct experience in HIPAA environments, healthcare, LIMS, wellness, or telehealth.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), with SQL database experience.
Strong experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), including DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with authentication/authorization systems (Auth0, Firebase) and familiarity with HIPAA/SOC2 compliance best practices.
Exposure to AI/ML/LLM pipelines (building in-house or integrating APIs like OpenAI, LangChain).
A proven track record of shipping secure, scalable, and elegant products from the ground up.
