Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain reliable Web3 platforms handling real-world usage and significant asset volume
- Take full ownership of features spanning user interface, server logic, and smart contracts, tailored to technical strengths
- Design and execute intricate processes involving wallet integration, transaction handling, settlements, and workflow coordination
- Collaborate with product, design, and external partners to convert unclear requirements into durable technical implementations
- Enhance stability, safety, and speed of distributed and on-chain systems
- Guide fellow engineers and help define best practices in code quality, architecture, and review processes
- Shape technical strategy, lead cross-team initiatives, and expand organizational impact
