What You'll Do
- Drive technical decision-making and design for large-scale projects that directly support key business outcomes

Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record building scalable web applications with Ruby on Rails and React
- Strong grasp of system design and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly
- Experience leading technical direction within engineering teams
- Skilled at aligning engineering efforts with business goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
