About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain integrated software systems with ownership across frontend and backend components, ensuring performance, reliability, and extensibility.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end features across multiple layers of the application stack
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Lead code reviews and promote best practices within the engineering team
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Contribute to system design and database architecture decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents
- Scale infrastructure to meet growing product demands
- Document technical designs and implementation details
