Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong frontend focus
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js, Svelte)
- Proven experience building or contributing to frontend platforms, shared libraries, or tooling
- Strong experience with monorepos (Turborepo, PNPM, Nx, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with frontend CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vite/Webpack/Rollup)
- Deep understanding of web performance, browser behaviour, and optimisation techniques
- Experience working in multi-team environments requiring alignment and standardisation
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams
- Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic leadership responsibilities

- Experience setting up or leading a frontend platform or enablement function
- Experience delivering and maintaining distributed systems at scale
