Responsibilities
- Lead the most critical and complex technical challenges that are central to the company's success, guiding them from definition through execution and refinement.
- Collaborate directly with product managers and operational teams to identify real-world problems and influence development priorities based on field insights.
- Influence product strategy and technical direction by defining architecture, prioritizing workstreams, and guiding roadmap decisions beyond just implementation.
- Ensure alignment across engineering teams by leading organization-wide initiatives and advocating for system-level trade-offs over isolated optimizations.
- Elevate team performance through mentorship, clear technical guidance, and transparent communication, not just individual contributions.
- Proactively identify systemic weaknesses and drive improvements that prevent future issues, focusing on long-term platform stability.
