Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-performance, low-latency systems using Rust.
- Optimize validator submission workflows and network infrastructure for minimal delay.
- Implement efficient routing, peering strategies, and direct ingress protocols like QUIC and TPU.
- Design and deploy systems with performance-first principles at algorithm, memory, and system levels.
- Ensure efficient use of data structures, memory layout, and concurrency models to reduce overhead.
- Drive deployment across multiple regions on both bare-metal and cloud environments near trading hubs.
- Build resilient systems with high availability and automated failover to prevent outages.
