Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal technical authority across several teams, collaborating with key stakeholders to align and advance platform-wide technical direction
- Design, build, and refine low-latency backend systems and a scalable rules engine capable of handling high-volume transaction throughput
- Define efficient data access methods, data partitioning frameworks, and caching architectures across a distributed, multi-cloud database environment
- Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines enabling parallel real-time computation and aggregation of behavioral features
- Influence engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers, setting technical benchmarks, and guiding system design from concept to deployment
