- Promote responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools, ensuring outputs are rigorously reviewed and production-ready.
- Exercise technical leadership across distributed teams without direct authority, influencing outcomes through expertise and collaboration.
- Partner with engineering, product, and scientific stakeholders to convert complex requirements into feasible, scalable technical solutions.
- Champion high standards for code quality, system documentation, and the ethical use of AI in software development workflows.
