Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tribe leadership to shape and advance the long-term technical vision, ensuring engineering initiatives support strategic business objectives.
- Design and oversee complex, distributed systems that span multiple services, maintaining a resilient, scalable, and maintainable microservices architecture.
- Guide and develop Senior Engineers, promoting a culture rooted in continuous improvement, technical discipline, and high engineering standards across teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and modern software methodologies, setting benchmarks for engineering quality and innovation.
- Champion practices such as AI-driven automation, DevOps excellence, and robust system design to elevate software delivery standards.
- Work closely with Product Management, Design, Security, and DevOps teams to align technical execution with business needs.
- Elevate security and observability to core principles, ensuring they are embedded across all layers of the technology ecosystem.
