Responsibilities
- Shape and advance the long-term technical strategy for the Client Technology Tribe, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale, distributed systems, maintaining a robust, scalable, and sustainable microservices environment.
- Guide and develop senior-level engineers, promoting a culture rooted in continuous improvement, technical precision, and high engineering standards.
- Assess and integrate emerging technologies and modern software engineering practices, establishing benchmarks for CI/CD, cloud-native design, and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Security, and DevOps teams to align technical execution with business needs.
- Elevate security and system observability as core principles across all layers of the tribe’s technology stack.
- Drive the execution of high-impact, foundational initiatives or major system rewrites requiring advanced technical and architectural insight.
