Responsibilities
- Lead the design and long-term technical direction of internal automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across key systems such as HRIS, Okta, and Salesforce.
- Design, deploy, and oversee cloud infrastructure on major providers including AWS, GCP, or Azure, managing compute resources, networking, storage, and security configurations.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and deprovisioning across tools and services.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of internal AI tools—from evaluation and deployment to access governance and eventual retirement—ensuring responsible use and integration.
- Enforce strong access controls, apply least-privilege principles, and maintain systems in a state ready for auditing and compliance checks.
- Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines and error management practices to ensure automation systems are observable, resilient, and sustainable at scale.
