Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting innovation, high-quality engineering standards, and ongoing technical growth.
- Build and maintain distributed systems infrastructure that powers a self-service SaaS platform operating within customer-managed environments.
- Design and implement an advanced orchestration system to handle authentication, telemetry, and lifecycle management of modernization tools.
- Develop a client-side application that streamlines developer workflows and securely interacts with cloud-hosted services.
- Address post-deployment operational challenges by creating interfaces for managing users, secrets, and software updates.
- Partner with security and product teams to enable safe execution of code generation and LLM-driven tasks, safeguarding client data and proprietary information.
- Serve as an active technical leader, guiding solutions for container security, distribution of logic between local and cloud components, and secure data exchange across services.
