Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership by applying AI-powered development methods to practical challenges in product and platform engineering, such as generating code, creating tests, analyzing dependencies, or improving static analysis.
- Collaborate with product developers, DevOps, and platform teams to embed AI-enhanced workflows into current engineering systems and processes.
- Expand impact by turning successful AI practices into scalable platform services, software development kits, and reusable frameworks adopted across engineering teams.
- Lead targeted projects by supporting key engineering initiatives like modernizing legacy code, optimizing performance, or automating CI/CD pipelines using AI to boost speed and system reliability.
- Guide and train engineers in the effective, ethical use of AI tools, promoting a culture of learning and responsible innovation.
- Help define the long-term technical vision for AI integration in developer platforms, engineering standards, and product development strategies.
