Responsibilities
- Establish and refine engineering practices, tools, and shared architectural patterns for product development.
- Lead technical exploration, prototyping, and alignment in architecture across teams building the new platform.
- Deliver direct technical assistance to resolve blockers, enhance code quality, and address cross-team challenges.
- Work with engineering and product leaders to define delivery processes, team roles, and ownership scope.
- Serve as a mentor and technical advisor to engineers throughout the organization.
- Influence long-term architectural choices that prioritize modularity, system resilience, and ease of operations.
- Promote constructive architectural discussions, consensus development, and design oversight.
- Operate effectively in uncertain environments and help shape the organization's journey toward unified, high-standard delivery.
