Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent customer engagements, guiding them from initiation to completion while managing expectations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, costs, and expected benefits, ensuring alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including kickoffs, charter development, milestone tracking, and timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.
- Develop and maintain client-facing and internal documentation such as solution designs, project plans, status updates, burndown charts, and reusable deliverables.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve project risks and escalations involving technical, business, and executive teams.
- Utilize productivity platforms including FinancialForce, Salesforce, Metabase, and Trello to manage onboarding and implementation projects and report on key performance indicators.
- Support services leadership in assigning and managing resources within FinancialForce.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
- Onboard new Professional Services employees with role-specific training and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and staffing needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on services revenue processes, including time tracking, project operations, billing, and utilization reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance business and reporting workflows to align with organizational growth and changes.

- Must be a U.S. citizen eligible to work with Government and Public Sector clients.
- Uses productivity tools such as FinancialForce, Salesforce, Metabase, and Trello.
- Supports month-end and quarter-end financial close procedures.
- Delivers onboarding for new Professional Services hires.
