Responsibilities
- Help design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure for a large-scale data platform, ensuring stable and efficient technical data workflows.
- Act as the primary contact for data engineering groups, diagnosing pipeline issues, resolving failures, and improving system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to define needs and integrate new platform capabilities.
- Engage in agile team practices, contributing to biweekly sprints with shared objectives while maintaining autonomy and alignment.
- Proactively refine operational procedures and enhance platform performance through independent analysis and optimization.
- Assume increasing system ownership with a clear progression path toward leading the platform as a product.
