Responsibilities
- Lead development of the foundational interaction system including responsiveness, rendering, input processing, and spatial animations—focusing on intuitive, pre-cognitive user experiences.
- Create shared interactive experiences that distinguish real-time collaboration, such as presence indicators, synchronized cursors, conflict resolution, and joint creation workflows.
- Shape the integration of artificial intelligence in a shared visual environment, defining how AI-generated content appears, how suggestions are presented non-intrusively, and how teams adopt AI outputs.
- Design expressive interactions—animations, transitions, and micro-feedback—that enhance engagement while keeping the interface invisible during creative flow.
- Develop reusable design patterns, prototypes, and engineering tools that accelerate and align cross-functional teams across design and development.
- Document processes, lead by example, and establish high-quality standards that ensure consistency and clarity throughout the product ecosystem.
- Work closely with product designers, software engineers, product managers, and user researchers across the platform’s visual collaboration and artificial intelligence initiatives.
