Responsibilities
- Apply data-driven methods to address diverse business challenges with appropriate technical depth.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Care Operations to shape strategy and deliver results.
- Develop reliable measurement frameworks and metrics to assess data product performance and business outcomes.
- Investigate operational and logistical issues to uncover and propose effective solutions.
- Lead the creation, deployment, and assessment of descriptive and predictive modeling techniques.
- Promote and support the integration of large language model-based workflows company-wide.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design system architectures and build production systems using AI agents in core features and developer tools.
