Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic administrator for go-to-market data governance within Salesforce and related systems
- Develop and uphold governance standards for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and revenue-related data objects
- Set business rules for field utilization, mandatory data, ownership, lifecycle phases, routing dependencies, and record cleanliness
- Collaborate with leaders in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to convert business needs into scalable data controls and operational guidelines
- Create and sustain governance procedures for deduplication, normalization, enrichment, validation, and exception management
- Enhance end-to-end go-to-market workflows by minimizing data obstacles in lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, customer lifecycle management, and partner operations
- Determine underlying causes of data quality problems and implement solutions through process adjustments, automation, user training, and system design
- Work with analytics and data teams to boost reporting precision, metric uniformity, and executive oversight
- Implement monitoring and auditing practices for data quality, user adoption, and policy compliance
- Oversee intricate cross-functional governance projects from requirement collection to deployment and adoption
- Recognize and advocate for automation and AI applications to enhance data quality, decrease manual tasks, and improve operational consistency
- Provide trusted guidance to go-to-market leadership on data standards, governance compromises, and scalable operational methods
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Go-to-Market Systems, or Data Operations positions
- Demonstrated history of leading data governance, data quality, or process improvement efforts in a fast-growing setting
- Extensive Salesforce proficiency, covering Sales Cloud administration, reporting and dashboards, automation, data architecture, and governance
- Thorough comprehension of go-to-market business processes, including lead-to-opportunity conversion, forecasting support, quote-to-cash dependencies, customer lifecycle, and partner operations
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Capacity to persuade cross-functional leaders without direct managerial authority
- Clear experience handling third-party firmographic data solutions and associated data enrichment, matching, and governance processes
- Evident practical application of AI to address complex data governance and operational issues
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quantifiable business results
- Proven capability to harmonize governance strictness with business practicality and agility

Compensation
Base salary range: $160,000 - $210,000 annually, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and skills; additional compensation includes equity package in stock options for full-time roles
Work Arrangement
Fully remote company with up to 15% travel required
