Position Overview: Novaprime seeks a Staff Data Engineer to design, construct, and manage our Databricks-oriented lakehouse on AWS. You'll oversee the entire data lifecycle—streaming and batch integration, modeling, governance, quality, observability, and performance optimization—utilizing Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Databricks Workflows. This represents a hands-on leadership opportunity: establishing technical direction, delivering mission-critical pipelines, mentoring engineering talent, and directly advancing analytics by defining reliable metrics, instrumentation, and monitoring alongside product and machine learning teams. Success requires systemic thinking and continuous learning.
