Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries initiated through inbound channels.
- Assist new customers during onboarding by assessing their requirements, project timelines, risks, and potential obstacles.
- Promote product adoption by conducting live demonstrations and leading technical workshops.
- Conduct regular evaluations of product implementation through structured health assessments.
- Capture, represent, and record customer-specific use cases, system architecture, and future plans.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and develop new applications for the API platform.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships, positioning as a reliable technical advisor.
- Provide technical expertise during renewal or expansion discussions when requested by Sales or Renewal teams.
- Oversee and resolve escalated customer issues related to products and services.
- Apply a structured maturity model to manage and advance customer accounts.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
