Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments with both technical and non-technical team members, supporting cross-functional initiatives such as automating workflows using tools like crons, n8n, and Airflow.
- Engage in operational processes including incident management, compliance adherence, sprint coordination, performance reporting, and documentation upkeep.
- Improve and manage incident response procedures and systems to ensure reliable and proactive monitoring throughout the application environment.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure that meets applicable security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ensure cloud systems are designed for scalability, security, and high availability.
- Develop automation solutions that minimize manual effort and enable systems to recover independently during production issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to cloud infrastructure and observability platforms.
