Responsibilities
- Design and deploy reliable API services tailored to the needs of an expanding European customer segment
- Lead the development of system architecture and help shape the long-term product strategy
- Evaluate and promote the integration of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices to foster innovation
- Investigate and understand complex system dependencies, define requirements, and lead technical improvements
- Support and guide fellow engineers through mentorship and active participation in team growth
- Enhance team-wide technical capabilities by engaging in code reviews and collaborative design discussions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues spanning the full application stack
- Work closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders, aligning with core company values
- Contribute as a key member of a cross-functional, high-impact engineering team
