Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-powered capabilities that transform how users and internal teams interact with the platform, including intelligent automation and embedded AI experiences.
- Architect and implement core systems supporting AI operations, such as workflow orchestration, data retrieval, context handling, evaluation frameworks, and product integrations.
- Uncover strategic opportunities by analyzing user behavior, customer challenges, and advancements in the AI landscape.
- Create standardized tools, patterns, and reusable components to empower engineers in developing consistent and reliable AI features.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure adoption, usability, and measurable impact of AI solutions.
- Define the technical vision for AI initiatives, guiding decisions between building in-house or leveraging external tools, shaping evaluation methodologies, and influencing long-term strategy.
