Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for CBFSE, including journal entry recording, preparation of supporting schedules, and balance sheet reconciliation maintenance.
- Perform daily reconciliation reporting and submit periodic regulatory filings to CySEC, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and relevant CIF regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Source-to-Pay, and engineering to ensure accurate accounting treatment and financial reporting.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes by delivering required documentation, analysis, and timely responses within assigned areas.
- Conduct data analysis related to business performance to detect trends, resolve inconsistencies, and suggest process enhancements to improve accounting efficiency.
