The Sr. Account Manager in Xiamen will drive sales and market development for Solventum's dental solutions within an assigned territory. This role requires achieving sales targets through strategic planning, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing to support product promotion and customer service. The position is based in Xiamen and plays a key role in advancing Solventum’s mission to improve healthcare through innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
- Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, and communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees
- More than two years of medical/pharma sales experience
- Must have two years or more of dental sales experience
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision
- Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving
- Optimistic, hard-working and innovative
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset
- Work location: Xiamen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
