About the Role

The Sr. Account Manager will drive sales and market development in the dental solutions sector within the Xiamen region. This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key accounts, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets as part of Solventum, a newly spun-off company from 3M Healthcare focused on innovative healthcare solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
  • Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
  • Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
  • Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, and communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.

What We're Looking For

  • University graduate with Medical degrees
  • More than two years of medical/pharma sales experience
  • Must have at least two years of dental sales experience
  • Strong learning agility and selling skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Good at problem-solving
  • Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative
  • Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity
  • Customer service mindset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
