Responsibilities
- Create, build, and run automated test frameworks tailored for Embedded Linux platforms and web-based applications.
- Formulate test approaches for individual software modules, integrated systems, and complete operational workflows.
- Build Python-driven test scripts to verify functionality of embedded systems, APIs, and user interface behaviors.
- Conduct functional, performance, and regression evaluations on Embedded Linux firmware and associated applications.
- Verify system-level services, network setups, inter-process communication, and security features.
- Test low-level components such as device drivers, kernel modules, and real-time system processes.
- Evaluate HMI web applications deployed on embedded hardware, focusing on interface consistency, responsiveness, and correct operation.
- Automate testing of web interfaces using tools like Selenium and the Python Robot framework.
- Ensure reliable data exchange between HMI components and backend systems via REST APIs, WebSockets, and MQTT/ZMQ protocols.
- Design, enhance, and maintain Python-powered test automation frameworks for embedded system verification.
- Develop modular and reusable test scripts, along with integrated logging and reporting utilities.
