Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leaders and act as a talent specialist by assessing hiring demands, role criteria, and sourcing requirements
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using market analysis, outreach, direct calls, and advanced online research to identify both active and passive candidates
- Oversee the candidate journey during recruitment with precision, consistency, and timely updates
- Lead discussions with chosen candidates on compensation, benefits, and employment conditions
- Serve as the main liaison, fostering strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
