Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for U.S. clients deploying ProAV networking hardware and integrated third-party systems
- Partner with regional sales leadership to drive successful project rollouts
- Deliver remote and in-person training on AV-over-IP network architecture, switch configuration, PTP setup, and integration with Dante, AVB, Milan, and APIs
- Create tailored training content, system schematics, and documentation for internal and external use
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into live environments, including large-scale, multi-switch, and multi-vendor installations
- Perform advanced on-site diagnostics for high-impact customers facing timing, multicast, or compatibility challenges
- Collect system logs, conduct packet captures, reproduce issues in lab settings, and deliver real-time troubleshooting
- Support system commissioning to guarantee reliable performance in production
- Resolve escalated technical issues involving AVB, Dante/AES67, NVX, Q-SYS, SMPTE-2059-2, PTPv2, and multicast networking
- Assist sales, business development, and channel partners with technical scoping and solution planning
- Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations
- Support development of Bill of Materials and system design architecture
- Provide technical competitive analysis and positioning insights
- Apply technical expertise to grow market presence in the U.S. ProAV sector
- Build and maintain internal scripts, configuration tools, and deployment utilities
- Develop automation tools to streamline troubleshooting, including log review, profile verification, and config parsing
- Produce best practice guides, training resources, and knowledge base articles
- Represent the company at industry events and partner gatherings across the U.S.
- Lead technical workshops and presentations
- Deliver in-depth education on AV-over-IP technologies and future roadmaps
- Support event-based network setups and cross-vendor interoperability demos
