Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams, managed service providers, value-added resellers, and distribution channels to deliver customized pre-sales technical support, solution architecture, product demos, and proof-of-concept implementations based on enterprise requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Wi-Fi, switching, routing, security, and cloud-managed networking infrastructures for enterprise environments.
- Deliver technical presentations to varied audiences, including internal teams, external partners, and IT decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison among customers, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs after sales, manage issue escalations, and uphold service quality.
- Represent customer technical insights by collecting, evaluating, and relaying feedback and feature suggestions to product development teams.
- Architect and support secure network infrastructures using Zero Trust frameworks, including identity-based segmentation, role-defined access controls, and secure device enrollment.
- Drive adoption of cloud-based networking platforms that support centralized, multi-site operations with features like automated provisioning, live monitoring, firmware updates, and performance analytics.
- Perform comprehensive radio frequency planning and wireless system design using industry-standard tools such as Ekahau or equivalent.
- Strengthen the partner ecosystem through technical enablement, solution mentoring, training delivery, and co-led customer initiatives.
- Stay current with competitor offerings, technological advancements, and shifts in the enterprise IT sector.
