About the Role

Responsibilities
- Direct the strategy and management of global sponsorship portfolios
- Identify and evaluate new sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate sponsorships into broader campaigns
- Track and report on sponsorship performance using defined KPIs
- Coordinate logistics for high-impact events tied to sponsorship activations
- Ensure brand consistency across all sponsored platforms and events
- Work with finance to manage sponsorship budgets and forecasting
- Align sponsorship strategy with regional business priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving legal, communications, and product teams
- Develop executive-level presentations summarizing program outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends in events and sponsorship marketing
- Manage agency partners supporting event execution and creative development
- Oversee compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements
- Drive post-event analysis to inform future investment decisions
